These Terms govern your use of ktmfencing.com.au (the Site). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. About the Site & changes

The Site provides general information about our services. We may update the Site and these Terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the changes.

2. No professional advice

Content is general in nature and not professional or legal advice. Always obtain advice specific to your situation (e.g., council rules, neighbour agreements).

3. Enquiries, quotes & works

Submitting a form or receiving a quote does not create a contract. Quotes are indicative until a site inspection and are subject to our Service Terms provided with your formal quote (covering scope, pricing, deposits, variations, warranty, cancellations and timing).

Quote validity: 30 days from issue unless stated otherwise.

4. Your submissions

If you upload or send content (e.g., photos, descriptions), you:

Warrant you have the rights/consent to share it; and

Grant us a non‑exclusive licence to use it to provide quotes/services and to improve our processes (we won’t publish your photos for marketing without your separate consent).

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Site. Prohibited conduct includes: security testing, introducing malware, scraping/spamming, infringing IP or privacy rights, unlawful, misleading or harmful activity, or interfering with others’ use.

6. Third‑party services

The Site may include third‑party tools or links (e.g., maps, analytics, reCAPTCHA). We’re not responsible for their content or practices. reCAPTCHA may be used to fight spam; Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms apply to that component.
