Our lead time is usually around 4–6 weeks, depending on the season and weather. We’ll confirm your start date when you accept the quote so there are no surprises.

Most standard jobs (around 30 metres) take 1–2 days once we start. Larger or more complex projects may take a little longer - we’ll let you know the expected timeframe upfront.

Yes — for shared boundary fences, the Fences Act in Victoria requires you to agree with your neighbour before building or replacing the fence. We don’t get the approval for you, but we can guide you on what to say and how to handle it.

Not usually for backyard fences up to 2 metres high, but front fences and taller designs often require council approval. We don’t apply for permits on your behalf, but we can explain the rules, point you to the right forms, and help you measure so you submit correctly.

Yes, every KTM Fencing quote includes the safe removal and disposal of your old fence materials, plus a complete site cleanup.

We supply all the materials for your fence as part of the job - you don’t need to source anything yourself.

We stand by our work. Every KTM Fencing job comes with a 6-month workmanship warranty. If there’s an issue related to our workmanship, we’ll come back and fix it at no cost.

Yes, we handle many insurance replacement jobs. We’ll prepare a detailed quote for your insurer and replace your fence to their requirements. If you want to upgrade beyond what’s covered, we can do that too - you just pay the difference.
